Look CLF..the records are what they are.....mid majors are not competitive with upper level BCS teams...it's no slant, it's what it is. Is it slanted to report that 498 of the 500 fastest times recorded in the 100 meter dash are from people who have West African ancestry? Or is it just a reporting o...

I would consider it akin to anybody that thinks they can tell you anything that happened 4000 years ago that is undocumented huh? Not sure what you are going for here. Western Michigan will have a chance to show their stuff against FSU ...good luck. They also play Virginia...who lost QB Hagans, their all star linebacker, and some other key guys...this might be Western's main chance.

How about this....last ten seasons....

TCU had had five seasons with 4 or fewer wins in conference...5 of 10 seasons were .500 or below in conference. TCU had a winning conference record in one half of their seasons.

Over all winning percentage (in conference) of 0.615%

Scheduling Stanford maybe doesn't impress you, but they are a pretty good Pac-Ten school, by most people's standards. Not USC, but not exactly San Jose St, either. While it's good to schedule a Stanford now and then...but to help put this into perspective: Ohio State last year played the following ...

I only use the last decade or so...usually 1990... What happened more than a decade and a half ago may be less relevant...although, really, the current year is always the only one that really counts. Ktffan...which team did I miss since 1990...and what were scores..thanks...I sometimes miss em going...
