I don't really see how Richt is not in the hot seat now, the grumblings are only going to get louder. They, and not many other teams in the country, can run the SEC gauntlet like we have lined up and not come away with 1 more loss. If they beat Florida though....the 2 losses will be forgiven. 8)

The last 10 minutes scared me. It had a lot to do with two things: 1. Arkansas was not sustaining drives and the defense was out on the field too much...and it was hot and humid at the game from all the accounts I read and 2. Ark did not sub in any DB's the entire game...those guys were winded and that had a lot to do why the Georgia WR's were so wide open down the field deep. When Ark had the ball with 10 minutes left they could have ended that game right there. Mallett rolled out and missed a wide open receiver for a 4 yard gain and a first down....if Ark hits that play they eat more clock and would have probably spoiled any chance of a Georgia comeback. Didn't happen though and I almost had a heart attack watching those finals minutes.

Murray is going to be a good QB. His oline did him no favors...he was hurried 13 times and sacked 6 times. Some of that is on him for not getting rid of the ball sooner...just throw it away instead of taking a sack (but some of it is was the oline simply getting beat). I also think some of it is on the Georgia offensive coordinator. On a few occasions the down and distance was 3rd and 3 or 4 and they called a passing play...that's fine...however, they left no one close...everyone went on deep routes....Murray got pressure and had no check down guy to throw too....no TE, no running back, etc (this happened on a few occasions).

I think Georgia is a good team this year...they just happen to have played South Carolina and Arkansas in back to back weeks (who both look to be among the SEC's best right now). Georgia will be fine...especially when they get AJ Green back. Hey that was 17 years coming....last time Ark had beat Georgia was in 1993 in Athens. Hopefully it will not take another 17 for it to happen again (well I am sure you would be fine with that).

Arkansas Razorback Prayer:

Our Father, who art in Fayetteville. Football be thy name. The Mighty Tide Fall. Thy Hogs be called. On Earth as they are in Heaven. Give Richardson cramps. And have Greg Childs catch touchdown passes. As Julio Jones drops passes against us. And Let Mallet not throw interceptions. ...But... deliver us from Saban. For ours is the day. The win and the glory. For ever and ever over 'Bama....Amen

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

This is circulating on facebook pages and on Ark message boards. I thought it was funny.
