Great Weekend!

Postby WoVeU » Tue Sep 06, 2011 8:58 pm

Mountaineers...win!
Notre Dame...loss!
Boise State...win!
Arkansas...win!
Miami...loss!
Big East...win! (Rare)

{I also enjoy FSU and USF winning! Marshall and Georgia couldn't win...but a USC loss and TCU win would have just been 2 sweet!)

And the 24 put it on them in Atlanta...and it was a great race! Weather has felt cool (though it had to be awful dry to get it.) I got some really good coffee beans for my birthday, consuming heavily. Wife was in town for 5 days (not all super great, but I'll take it.) Watching a race on Tuesday because you are an unemployed...priceless! Texting all your friends to talk smack about the race and nice weather while they are working...even more priceless! :D

It was a great weekend for me as well.

Mine started Friday night (dinner with my mom), then Sat. breakfast at the in-laws, then off to Fayetteville to tailgate all day, then I went to the Ark vs Missouri State game, Sunday went to church with my mom, then went to my nephews 5th birthday party, then nice relaxing evening sitting outside in the cool weather, then Monday spent the day at the Tulsa Zoo with my wife, daughter, mom, and mother-in-law, Monday night ended with some college football. Only thing that would have made the weekend better is if Utah State could have held on to the win against Auburn.
