Today's game...I think it was my grandmother who often said the "proof is in the pudding."

Arkansas looks very confused on almost every set up. Some days are just better or worse than others...

The pudding must have been better than it looked!

Arkansas has mojor injuries on defense: both starting defensive ends, the #1 corner, and lost another starting defensive lineman in ths game. Young players are being thrown to the wolves before they are ready. Not sure why adjustments can not be made before halftime. Ark's d looked good in the second half...only gave up 3 points. They were actually tackling, and getting to the running lanes much faster. Willy Robinson (Ark d coordinator) said after the game that during halftime Petrino suggested they change their allignment on defense. Well it worked...why can't the d coordinator make these changes during the game?

Ark has a tough game in Fay against Auburn next week. If AR can win that one they have 2 weeks until there next game. Hopefully several of the defensive players can heal quickly and return soon.

QB Tyler Wilson had a record day: 510 yards (#1 in AR history and #6 in SEC history). WR Jarius Wright had a record day as well: I believe 13 or 14 catches for close to 290 yards, 2 TD's and a fumble recover for a TD.

Looks like Dennis Johnson will get more carries as he is recovery from his injuries. He ran strong in the 4th quarter. It was nice to see Broderick Green back. He will get more carries as he improves from his injury. I would like to see Wingo continue to be used as a receiver out of the backfield and to get fewer carries.

Go Hogs (that makes three straight vs Texas A&M)!
"A team with something to play for is dangerous, but a team with someone to play for is unstoppable..." Arkansas OL Brey Cook quote following the death of teammate Garrett Uekman (Nov. 2011).
