Top Ten teams in the BCS, this late in the season, have won about 90% of their games... and thus they are a good win. Almost the definition of a quality win.
It is easier to post who does have top 10 wins than those who don't...

BB doesn't miss a trick, he was only looking for the cream. As for me, I like, to look at Top 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64. I have a huge pile of design work, house projects, and some point Bible Studies I have to get done. When I work my needful things list down I am going to work on a CFB Ranking.
I really want to do 2 types, a predictor, and a demonstrative ranking. To have a chance at doing the method I want to do I have to write a program AND I will have to seed my algorithm. Meaning I need other rankings, CCR, Sagarin, and Massey as inputs. This because my end goal is to run a "discrimination" method on the weekly updates to those polls. Then also run a temporal "correction" algorithm for poll progression. At week 7 I'd then use your Ranking as a fresh comparative seed, I'd planned to use the BCS for this, but your system is better for this, as yours should have no error. (The trade-off for no error is generally insufficient data. The system you are using will amass data without amplifying error.)
My biggest problem in any ranking system is the sales and marketing interest accrual that never gets taken out. (Last weeks quality of play is greatly effected by the Rankings and Polls previously generated.) Opinion is an input to all polls and every system claims the season and weekly progression weeds this out. (This can not be, all will filter but my claim is they can not correct anywhere near as much as most would think.) What really gets me is that I haven't seen anyone do this. Which leads me to think that no one has considered what can be done once you look at this system and no the difference in causal and non-causal equations. Cracks me up, there is a reason we moved to digital audio and video. The reason we consider digital better boils down to the same reason we suffer with the time buffer it requires to work.

Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves.

There is no comparison to their season or record right now...
I only looked at the top 10 teams in the current BCS...no others need apply for the NC game.
