Vanderbilt blues

Vanderbilt, after making large strides in recent years, will suffer from some players being dismissed after rape charges, etc. stemming from a drunken party. With 3 players arrested and two more being sought looks like they need to play their games in the jailhouse yard. :(

This is ridiculous. I just don't understand the culture that surrounds these guys.

When society and all the feel good gurus preach invincibility as a virtue from the cradle...and Coaches add to that delusional belief.....people begin to believe it.

teach invincibility long enough and they will believe untouchable.....way too philosophical for me. I believe in minimalistic in cognitive behavior, e.g. sass your mother and would be better that you had not be born.

That is how it was when I grew up. My dad would spank us with his belt. Not great, but tolerable. Mom would get a green tree switch. Nothing is worse than that - so I did my best to not take things to the point the switch was needed.
