Miami has nothing going for them.

There certainly needs to be some changes. Offensive & Defensive.
I'm not so sure Al can be the guy, if he doesn't know when to pull his QB.

The Louisville D is getting decent penetration {actually, both of Louisville lines are pushing the `Canes around tonight}. But, when Morris has had time to throw it, he's been throwing it at the DB's.

I'd say that it's good to show your man you have faith in him. However, this is a trend that started in Miami with Larry Coker, coaching Brock Berlin. Coker never knew when it was necessary to pull the kid; and Shannon continued that tradition --- Wright & Harris --- even Al wouldn't take Harris out when he gave the game away; this season is more of the same with Morris.

It's gotta stop.

Miami's Defense is having trouble, and having to turn right around to get back onto the field [because the offense is so under productive] just puts too much pressure on the guys.

That being typed:

Louisville is playing smart football.

They prepared well for Miami's passing game, and know how to read Morris' motions.
They are sticking the `Canes each time they get something going.

And Bridgewater is tearing up the secondary like confetti.
Miami is also having difficulty adjusting to the Cardinal running game.

The ACC was smart to pick up Louisville as its newest conference member.
I bet they are sweatin' on what Charlie is thinking with regards to his future.

I doubt Bridgewater comes back next year --- Even still, this offense is very attractive to QB recruiting prospects.

Dominating D & a Momentous O.
Great Enthusiasm, by Team & Fans.

You can't ask for more than that @ Bowl time.

Good game tonight Louisville --- I just wish you were playing somebody else. :?

Does a "Targeting" Penalty automatically get you ejected now or does the ejection come after a discussion with all the officials, and an Official Review from upstairs?

It's the new with hunt . . .

They are likely going to flag at least one player a game for it.

The problem with the one in this game, is that the commentators made it seem deliberate; saying when a player launches himself, it is going to be automatic.

Notice how they said, "Launches himself", but didn't show the replay again after saying it.
That's because the defender bent his knees slightly, crouched down and hit the receiver.

He never left him feet, and he let the receiver fall back down to him.

Yes, the top of his helmet connected with the receivers facemask. But, it wasn't the defender leaning into the hit.

It is unfortunate that a Senior had to leave his final game, do to a politically correct hard up ref crew.

I'll have to say I enjoyed that game; for years we couldn't buy a game against a Florida team but in the last few years we are mostly competative. Louisville D has improved steadily all year and really put it to Miami with the muddle lineup from time to time.

Give Bridgewater a few extra seconds and he can do about anything. Selfishly I wouldn't mind seeing him back but I doubt it. Maybe after he makes a few billions in the pros he can visit us once in awhile. LOL.

I don't get the TV channel it was on but I found it on the internet; so, it's downloading now.

That wiped some of the bad taste out of my mouth from giving away the game to UCF.

have fun, Swamp Daddy
