Clemson is dismantling Okla.
There must be some Oklahoma fans who feel like I do about our respective head coaches.

Yeah, what is going on in this game. The early picks were all in favor of Clemson, until they found out that Knight and Perine were both good to go and that DeSean Watson would sit. So everybody picks Oklahoma with this new information, but then Clemson annihilates the Sooners anyway. What?

Clemson looked to be playing at a different speed than Oklahoma....

Oklahoma has been over rated for some years now.

Yep, I feel this way every year. They get the benefit of the doubt more than any team it seems.
I don't know why I'm about to watch this Ga game....I don't even care.

Even when the lose they get more credit. I know Ohio State has gotten the benefit of a weak B10 for several years now, but people are quick to call them out when they lose. Oklahoma has been really bad for sometime, the whole B-12 for the most part, and there are still people who believe they are the second best conference.
IMO the PAC- whatever has been the second bes conference for close to 10 years now.

Well it was just last year that Oklahoma beat Nick Saban in the Sugar Bowl. Even so, they have had a couple of "down" years (relative) within the past 5 seasons or so, but you get the sense that Bob Stoops might be getting stale. His last heyday was in 2008 when his team played for the national title, I don't think they have been championship-caliber since then. He probably needs a change of scenery as much as Oklahoma needs something new. If Stoops ever decided to try something else, I think Kevin Sumlin would be a rock star at Oklahoma.
Still, Oklahoma is a really secure situation for Stoops, so I don't see that happening. The NFL ship has probably sailed on his part as he was kind of a popular choice for the college-to-pro candidate. And I also hate to be a downer, but the 2006 team that Boise State played wire-to-wire with was a pretty good squad, but it wasn't like the Jason White or Sam Bradford teams.

Oklahoma shouldn't have gone that year either. Honestly they have not been really good since 2003 or so

Yes because Danny White got hurt. They still had a good team. That was the year, though, that Ohio State beat K State bad in the fiesta.
The big 12 completely turned their back on defense and it is starting to show. I'm hoping the same fate isn't waiting for the B10.
