FSU's first black football player enrolled in 1968.....

You know, I was watching the brawl between the 1971 USC and ND teams...what struck me was the great number of white players in this 1971 film. College football has gotten a lot "browner" since the early '70's.

It's kind of like baseball in the 40s. You'll never know what could have been. I bet a lot of great players never get recognition because they never had the opportunity
