Ga v Okla

Postby Derek » Mon Jan 01, 2018 6:16 pm

Let's go Dawgs!!
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Ga does not look good right now. That was WAY too easy of an opening drive.

They are moving the ball. The defense just has to get used to the tempo of the game.

It's a little early to call it, but Georgia's D had better bow their backs to get control of this game or it is going to get out of hand. Oklahoma is good, they need to hurry Mayfield and make him make mistakes.

There is a good answer. Now the Dawgs have to play some D.

.

Was a very good answer.

The thing I took from the missed kick, though, is that it may not have gone through, but "Wow!!" that was some attempt. It didn't miss by much, and the ball was higher than the goal post from 48 yards away. That kid has a phenomenal leg.

The thing to remember here, is Oklahoma has been in so many shootouts during the regular season. So a big 75 yard run against their defense rarely effects them. A lot of teams may get deflated after a play such as that. But Oklahoma is use to their opponents doing that.

Really, Georgia needs to weather the early storm, and keep it close, so they have a chance to grind it near the end of the game.

The kicker is extremely talented. We call him Wild Thing....because he's always wearing those glasses like Wild Thing from Major League.

This ball game is over.

Ga defense is COMPLETELY asleep.

I also don't understand the play calling...they have done hardly nothing to exploit Oklahoma's weak run defense. One great run, then pass, pass, pass, pass, punt.

I don't know why they are in zone so much. You have to press the receivers and rush the QB to make Mayfield make mistakes. If Georgia lets Mayfield exploit the middle of the field the will lose that battle.

Georgia is taking full advantage of Oklahoma's lack of ability to defend on defense. Ohio State's lack of offense cost them the game against Oklahoma. Georgia just needs to play smart on D and they will win this game.

Can I change my previous statement??

I put on my jersey during halftime, that's the difference.

If they do win this, I'm going to wear this outfit at every game from now on.
