I am impressed by the Red Raiders so far ...
They could have easily let this game get away from them when they muffed the punt, and Houston scored a touchdown just a couple of plays after.
Houston took the lead 28-21 there, but Texas Tech has fought back and taken the lead, 42-35 ... and Tech has the ball.

Texas Tech now up 49-35, Houston just turned the ball over on downs on the 5 yard line rather than kicking the field goal.
The Cougars hold the Raiders to a 3 & out ... punt from the end zone.
Houston will start on their own 40.
3:35 left in the 3rd quarter.

Kingsbury is on the hot seat, this is a must win for him. He needs to show well during the conference schedule or he may not make it to the end of the season.

Texas Tech is now leading 63-42 ...
The Red Raiders True Freshman QB, Alan Bowman, just went over 600 yards in this game. It is only his second start.
Really nice outing.
