Tennessee is come back and winning this game. Indiana play calling is awful and with the lead who tells their punt returner to run.

They did have better athletes. That was obvious the whole game. They aren't very well coached. I don't see that guy taking Tennessee to the promised land. Indiana's coach is good. He can't win it all at Indiana because of his recruiting ceiling, but he is very good. His guys were in the right place almost all the time.

Neither team could run block worth a darn, and believe me, I know what that looks like.

I don’t know much about either coach, but the Tennessee Defensive Coordinator had a BRAIN FART late in the game going that 3 man front and the Indiana Special Teams Coach had a BRAIN FART WITH DIARRHEA late in the game with how he had the Hoosiers line up for that onside kick.

Yep. I don't know why Indiana didn't anticipate the fake punt. That was Indiana's worst mistake of the game. It was obvious early on that Tennessee had a better team. Indiana had no business being up 22-9. Still, losing it like they did was terrible. And their kicker was the worst part of it. A missed PAT and then the missed field goal late that would have ended the game.

It’s very seldom that things turn out well when a team fails to execute in the kicking game.

Southern Miss jumps all over Tulane early, but it appears Tulane’s Wake Up Call and Coffee finally kicked in...... So.Miss-13. Tulane-6 at the half.

Was a heck of a turn around ...

Tulane seized the momentum, and refused to give it back.

That interception that got Tulane down inside the 5 was a carry over from the first half. After having tied up the game with a TD, they got that pick, and scoreda another touchdown on the very next play.

Was the first lead of the game for `em. And it was the last lead change of the game.

You're right ... Tulane seemed to get the wake up call.

But for Southern Miss; what did you not do to stay in the game.

They fell flat once the game was tied. And they couldn't do anything right afterwards.

Tulane did indeed ‘wake-up’ and started spreading the ball around...... but were helped when the Southern Miss QB when out of the game early in the 3rd quarter and didn’t score a point in the second half, or in the second quarter after scoring 13 in the 1st quarter. Don’t know if he got dinged earlier or what, but the SoMiss defense struggled mightily with the Green Wave in the second half. 8)
