He should have never lost it, but.... he knew the rule and knowingly violated it and he decided it was worth the price or he wouldn't have done it. Michigan's fab 5 want their banners put back up too. I say rules are rules. Ohio State shouldn't get their wins reinstated because of the tattoo incident. Just because they change a rule doesn't mean that that rule didn't exist or that someone didn't violate it.

And those poor mutts who were sentenced in Texas....

Texas has a ‘habitual-offender’ law. If you have two prior felonies (including for marijuana possession), prosecutors can seek excessively long sentences. There are well over 100 people serving life imprisonment sentences in Texas on charges of marijuana possession. Seven of these individuals received the sentence, even though they had less than four grams on their person.

One final statistic from Texas: Over three-quarters of people who receive a prison sentence for felony drug possession have less than a gram on their person.

Appears Ole Reggie is gonna Cash-In……. I wonder what he’ll use the money for?????

Could it be, say maybe Legal Fees????? I mean seeing how the NCAA ain’t won a lawsuit yet………. I can hear it now, “Your Honor, the plaintiff lost millions due to the actions of the NCAA……. and somebody gotta pay.”
