Not a bad move ...
Now, if the ACC could get out from under the Mouse ears, maybe they could move towards a more lucrative deal, elsewhere.
Whether that's becoming a FOX acquisition, or making the transition to a streaming platform [it's only a matter of time before Apple & Amazon want a piece of the action], is up in the air.
The Pac-12, not having been able to land a contract with a network, could certainly benefit from inking a deal with someone like Netflix.

I’m glad to see the BigTen, PAC-12 and ACC step up and pull the reins in on these rodents and puppets…….

Mountainman wrote:Well, if the rumors are true, about the Big XII attempting to expand by inviting Cincinnati, Houston, UCF and Boise State to join the conference, that could explain why they did not attend the meeting between the BIG10, ACC and PAC12 where it was reported those three ‘agreed’ to not expand at this time. Who knows?????

Well, there you go ...
Reports just came in; Boise State, Houston and UCF are expected to submit applications to the Big XII, and could be accepted as soon as September.
So, now it's a mutual interest, that seems to have serious traction.
The talking heads are already pontificating their rhetoric.
The espn spinners are saying that it feels like a lateral move for UCF and Boise.
And they are saying, Houston should move out west to join the Pac-12 so the Pac could get a footprint in Texas ...
I guess they didn't get the ACC, Big 10 Pac-12 agreement not to expand, memo.
Clearly they want the Big XII to go away.
