Ugh!
It seems to me, the NCAA continues to assume the Ostrich Position whenever an administration guideline issue needs a determination. And, the content afforded by their skyward up pointed hole from their posteriors holds more regard, than does the foul spilling out of their gullets, when they finally do get around to saying ... well ... anything.
