Deon is a fascinating guy.

He knows how to move the needle. He did it at FSU, he did it in the NFL, He did it in the MLB, and he is doing it as a coach at Colorado. He is a bright guy, he knows what he is doing. He will turn Colorado around if he is there long enough.
