Well, if this is indeed the ‘new’ administrative structure, which mirrors the Corporate Structure, then there needs to Federal Laws that govern how they operate, just as there are for corporations. That means there WILL BE fines and penalties and jail time for violations.

There’s an old adage about, ‘Those who cannot or will not govern themselves need’s Governance.’
