The headline caught your attention didn't it? :)

Since I have to do all of the picks by scratch without a fancy-schmancy computerized format, you have to list off your picks and I have to tally them manually.

7:00 PM Tulsa at Louisiana-Monroe
10:00 PM Utah at Oregon State
8:00 PM Washington at Syracuse
TBA Colorado State vs. Colorado (in Denver)
2:00 PM Virginia at Wyoming
3:30 PM Georgia Tech at Notre Dame
3:30 PM Wake Forest at Boston College
3:30 PM Mississippi at Memphis
3:30 PM Washington State at Wisconsin
3:30 PM Missouri vs. Illinois (in St. Louis)
3:30 PM Houston at Oregon
4:00 PM Middle Tennessee State at Florida Atlantic
5:30 PM Arizona at Brigham Young
6:00 PM UCF at North Carolina State
6:45 PM Oklahoma State at Georgia
7:00 PM Central Michigan at Kansas
7:00 PM Purdue at Toledo
7:45 PM Kansas State at Auburn
8:00 PM Tennessee at California
8:00 PM Florida State at Clemson

I'm going for upsets so I can either pull away early from everyone, or spend the entire season digging myself out of a hole.

Louisiana-Monroe
Utah
Washington
Colorado
Wyoming
Georgia Tech
Wake Forest
Memphis
Wisconsin
Illinois
Houston
FAU
Arizona
UCF
Oklahoma State
Central Michigan
Purdue
Auburn
Tennessee
Florida State

I'm afraid to push "submit" because I'm having second thoughts about picking all these upsets.

Maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll split the difference on them.

Maybe not.

Oh, well.

Here it goes.

Boy am I screwed

Well, I'll give this a shot again this year, although I am not sure I'll be able to keep up every week as I plan to be moving into a new home sometime in the next few weeks so my "online time" may be severely limited for a while.

1. Tulsa
2. Oregon State
3. Syracuse
4. Colorado
5. Virginia
6. Notre Dame
7. Boston College
8. Ole Miss
9. Wisconsin

13. BYU
14. Central Florida
15. Georgia
16. Central Michigan
17. Purdue
18. Auburn
19. Tennessee
20. Clemson...I kept going back and forth on this one, why are they playing in Week 1?

What do you think about the Purdue/Toledo game?

I'm going to be an idiot and go with Toledo. My gut is telling me Toledo, although I don't know why they would win. They probably won't be able to keep up with Purdue offensively.

But, 2-10 Miami OH and Ball State were neck-and-neck with Purdue last year and the Rockets are near unbeatable in the Glass Bowl. I'm really excited about this game. I think Central should be favored going into Kansas, but it'll be a really close game.
