I'm good with that. From this point on we will lock the thread before the first game.

I would like for Eric to put the game time and date on the first game when he lists the picks. That way everyone knows when he lists the picks what the deadline time will be. We only need the time on the first game of the week.

You don't need to list the day and time for every game, just the first one. That way everyone knows the cutoff.
