Couldn't be happier. The Hogs will finally have a threat at WR. Not having Monk (knee injury), Cleveland (neck injury), Damian Williams (transferred to USC) all season and then Croby Tuck (broke elbow in Kentucky game, has really hurt. How bad you ask....well Arkansas top 3 receivers this year are all runningbacks: FB Peyton Hillis and Felix Jones and McFadden. Teams don't even have to cover the Hogs wideouts....
Now Monk might not play a lot but having him out there some will help. Maybe he can hit his stride before the Hogs play South Carolina, Tennessee, and of course LSU.
Actually Houston Nutt asked Monk to take a medical redshirt after he was still unable to play against Auburn (the halfway point of the season). Monk turned him down and said he wants to play.
