Name the college QB

QB 1: Rating 187, 3,269 passing yards, 30 passing TD's, -34 rushing yards, 0 rushing TD's, 5 Int's (Total yards: 3,235 - Total TD's: 30)
QB 2: Rating 166, 3,051 passing yards, 28 passing TD's, 438 rushing yards, 3 rushing TD's, 7 Int's (Total yards: 3,489 - Total TD's: 31)
QB 3: Rating 170, 3,592 passing yards, 30 passing TD's, -46 rushing yards, 4 rushing TD's, 11 Int's (Total yards: 3,546 - Total TD's: 34)
QB 4: Rating 185, 2,254 passing yards, 24 passing TD's, 1,336 rushing yards, 18 rushing TD's, 6 Int's (Total yards: 3,590 - Total TD's: 42)
3 of these guys are finalists for both the Maxwell and Davy Obrien awards....one QB was left out of both. The QB left out has the most passing yards, tied for most passing TD's, 2nd most total yards (only behind the leader by 44 yards), the 2nd most total TD's, the 2nd most rushing TD's, and the 3rd highest QB rating. How can that QB not be a finalist for at least the Davy Obrien (the nations best QB award).
The above QB's are listed from fewest total yards and fewest TD's to the most in each category. Notice as the total yards go up...so do the total TD's.
Also, one of these QB's still has yet to play their 12th game. And one of them will play a 13th game this weekend.
I also bolded the leading stat in each category...QB #2 leads no catergory (this QB is considered the best in college according to draft experts, Colin Cowherd, and pretty much all the ESPN talking heads...oh, and Donovan too).
So that probably gives the answers away.
