Arkansas TE DJ Williams...Wins 2 Awards

Arkansas TE DJ Williams won the Mackey Award and the Disney Spirit Award. This kid is a class act. He overcame an abusive father, a rough childhood, and now reaches out to help others in the community.

"It is a tremendous honor to win the Mackey Award," Williams said. "This is really a team award, and I accept it on behalf of every person in the Razorback program. I'd like to thank my coaches and teammates. This is a recognition of the work they do every day."

I wish he could be a Razorback for years to come...but this years Sugar Bowl will be his last game as a Razorback.

Did anyone watch the College Football awards show on ESPN? If you did then you saw a great short film about DJ's story, and how he overcame. Great kid and very deserving.

Also the Lee Corso segment was great. And I have to admit I got a little emotional during his speech.
