This coach is slightly crazy I believe: he never punts, he goes for two after every TD, he goes for it on all 4th downs, and I believe always tries onside kicks. I saw an interview with him once and he was talking about percentages on certain type of plays and he tried to make a case that you had a better chance at winning if you never punt, etc.
