The 2nd coming of Jerry Rice

Jerry Rice Jr. will make his debut Saturday for UCLA against Cal. Rice was on the scout team but after four UCLA receivers were suspended for participating in a brawl he will be on the roster.

Deon Sanders kid is close to college age too. Should be a nice addition to the noles.

Deion's kid won't play at FSU...
He is a good kid but not the athlete that FSU is recruiting...he's smallish, not particulary fast. His only offer so far is Houston.

I didn't know much about him, just that he was Deon's kid.

FSU is, again, talking to Huey Long's kid.
His dad yanked him out of FSU a year ago after he bombed his first semester...young guy away from home who partied hard and didn't hit the books.

Ohio State had the same problem with Cris Carter's kid. He is at Bama now, though having lots of the same problems I hear. It is a shame because he has talent.

I'm excited to see what Barry Sanders Jr can do at the college level. From most accounts he sounds like he'll do pretty well. Last I heard he should be enrolling at Alabama.
