Well, UL defeated hated rival KY 32-14 quite easily with the backup QB taking over in the late 3rd quarter and all the 4th quarter. I am not sure coach Charlie Strong can even think of running up the score, much less do it

This should start us off right toward the best season since 2006 I hope (fingers crossed).

Did your favorite team get an opening game win?

have fun, Swamp Daddy :P

In a surprisingly mundane game, Louisville defeated Missouri State 35-7. In the last two minutes, a Louisville defensive back picked up a fumble and ran 80+ yards to the 1 yard line of Missouri State being tackled by the MS QB who made the fumble. An easy run in on the next play. This was probably the most exciting play of the game.

QB Teddy Bridgewater showed near perfection once again keeping the offense going and sparking long drives. 5 for 5 in the red zone (including field goals).

First real test will be when North Carolina comes to town next week. We lost at NC last year 14-7.

Is your favorite team 2- 0?

Swamp Daddy :)

I believe the Cards will be 3-0. UNC is about to lose to Wake Forest.
