Johnny Football for Heisman?

Way too early to call this game, since underdogs usually implode against top ranked teams in the nation. But A&M is driving up 14-0 in the first quarter, and Alabama absolutely has no answer for Johnny Manziel. He's running all over them and Bama has shown nothing to me that they can slow him down in the open field.

Ok, never mind. Sumlin is calling a stupid game and Texas A&M's defensive play early in the game was a fluke. Alabama is asserting their will. It's only 20-7 and I put it at about a 10% chance that Texas A&M pulls this out.

A&M is still playing pretty good football. Bama needs to go man to man to tighen this up.

Apparently A&M is fighting the referees as well. There is no way on God's green Earth that that was not an interception. And now they spotted Bama an extra seven points.

I agree, but it doesn't matter. A&M brought them down.

Wow, great game. Johnny Manziel is a complete stud, imagine what he's going to be capable of doing in 2013 or 2014.

But, if Alabama were the favorites, the field's job isn't done yet. We need Oregon to finish out against Oregon State, Stanford, USC/UCLA, Kansas State has to finish against TCU, Baylor, and Texas, and Notre Dame (yes, can't believe I'm saying this, but I prefer ND in the title over Bama) has to beat USC.

K. State is looking pretty good right now . . .

Up 10-0; and their not giving that hornedfrog offense much space to make plays.

I have to admit though . . . TCU's defense is looking rather stout, at the moment.

Well, Klein just made a Heisman statement run . . .

With one more D stand; the Wildcats could break this wide open.

Not sure if anybody else has been noticing; the ref's seem to move the ball one yard forward for TCU, after being tackled, every other play or so.

Doesn't seem to be helping.

I'm not sure why Klein is still in the game . . . they're up 23-3, and there's only 2 mins left.

Kansas St needs to pull their 1rst string offense.
Now their #1 receiver just went out to an ankle problem.

The commentator just tried to make something out of K State's two turnovers today.
Only giving up 4 coming into tonight.

Too little too late ...
