Highfly, nice picking in this one off nonSaturday contest. Donovan, not bad, 50% has been your general range this season ... but, wow, did I ever do terrible. You never really know in rivalry games, though. Which is what makes this week so fun.

Success is measured by results; whereas Character is measured through the means by which one achieves those results . . .

Thanks, its funny I agree about the uncertainty of rivalry games but the one game I gave no hesitation too was the one very few saw coming, Miami.

Yeah ... I had made mention of it in another thread, that if Miami didn't play well start to finish, Pitt very well could beat them.
Obviously, I was hoping that wouldn't be the case.
Unfortunately, as I watched this game, I could see how much more energy Pitt had than the `Canes, and I knew from the moment Pitt scored their first field goal, they were going to win.
I briefly found hope, when Miami took the lead, 7-3 ... when the lead flipped 10-7 in Pitt's favor, I knew it was over.
It was apparent, when Miami didn't play in hurry up mode, with 9 minute left, that they weren't taking being behind seriously enough. It cost `em. Now the post season for us is in limbo.
