When you make a bet with someone thru the fantasy pick section where in which a message gets sent to the person that you want to make a bet with, does that get tracked by the person keeping track of CFP bucks or does those bets still need to be reported in the wager section of the message board?

I usually do the money transfer and I don't see them. So if it isn't done automatically, then you need to inform me or I won't know to do the transfer.
