1. Whisky….. this may very well be the best game of the weekend
2. Mississippi State….. What????? Oh come on now!!!!!
3. Missouri
4. TCU….. uh, I’ll have to think about this a little while longer :?
I thought about it for a while, I’m taking the Horned Frogs and Gary Patterson at home
5. Texas…. I’m hoping I’m wrong
6. Boise
7. Toledo
8. Eastern Michigan
9. Texas A&M….. again, I’m hoping I’m wrong
10. Iowa State….. these guys better play defense, Baylor is scoring bunches of points, but hell, they haven’t played an even good team yet.
11. Michigan
12. Louisville…. what’s going on in Tallahassee???
13. UCLA….. uh, maybe, maybe not
14. Okie State….. this is a toss-up, that K-State Defense is the real deal.
15. Oklahoma….. The Mountaineers’ offensive and defensive line play was MUCH better last weekend, but they still turned the ball over, and the Sooners have been sputtering so far this season, hell I hear the Sooner Fans are calling for a change in Quarterbacks!!!!! I hope that Elvira calls me a “Cheapskate” after the game, but she raised her rates after last weekend. I asked her why she raised her rates, and she said some guy with a Georgia area code called and talked her into it.
16. North Carolina
17. Hawaii
18. Washington
19. Southern Cal
20. Arizona State

(1.) Wisconsin --- [Shamrock Series or not ... the Irish have struggled]
(2.) Mississippi State --- [I don't know about either of these teams]
(3.) Boston College --- [meh, why not?]
(4.) TCU --- [neither have really played anyone significant ... so, them]
(5.) Texas --- [I nearly went the other way, though]
(6.) Utah State --- [but if Boise comes out hoppin' mad over last week, maybe not]
(7.) Ball State
(8.) Eastern Michigan --- [did the other guys really lose to Incarnate Word?]
(9.) Arkansas --- [one Texas team down {well two with Rice} one more to go]
(10.) Baylor --- [yes, really]
(11.) Michigan --- [the Scarlet Knights are a scrappy bunch ... brother Blue found themselves]
(12.) Florida State --- [I mean, at some point it has to happen, doesn't it?]
(13.) Stanford --- [could they ..?]
(14.) K-State --- [I'm not sold on the Pokes]
(15.) West Virginia --- [I need the points, and the Sooners aren't what people thought]
(16.) North Carolina --- [they looked pretty solid last week]
(17.) New Mexico State --- [because the Warriors game against San Jose was a disaster]
(18.) Washington
(19.) USC --- [they looked better last week ... was Helton the problem??]
(20.) Arizona State

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
