Monmouth-St. Peter's

Playing a game at six in the morning was obviously too early for Monmouth as St. Peter's won the game 58-34. For the game, Monmouth had more free throws than made field goals. Monmouth shot 18% from the field in the first half, and Travis Taylor had eight of his team's 16 halftime points. St. Peter's controlled the game throughout but a 20-2 run blew the game wide open. Nick Leon and Wesley Jenkins led the way for the Peacocks.
