Really, though, most Buckeye fans I know want Florida to advance. They were the overall #1 seed. You want to play the best if you play for a championship. They are the best, so they are the team to beat.
This is only the fifth NC game Ohio State hoops has ever played. We aren't known for our great baskeyball squads. This team has a lot of heart though, and Mike Conley is the best point guard that Ohio State has ever had. To bad he is probably playing in his last college game Monday.

He is a fun kid to watch play.

The gators are a powerful team, for sure. I don't know of a better team, so the Buckeyes will be playing the best.
The way I see it, the play of Oden will be key for the Buckeyes.
What's the word on the big guy, Oden, will he return to the Buckeyes next season or make the jump to the NBA? From what I've seen so far in the tournament, both he and Hibbert (G'Town) need to stay in college.

You see flashes from Oden that he can be great, but your right he could benefit from another year. I don't think that he will stay. Unlike lots of Buckeye fans, I don't blame him. If the NBA is ready to make him the #1 pick, I think he almost has to jump. I believe in getting your degree. I think Oden should do exactly that, but I don't think that he needs to do it while playing CBB. If he can be set for life with one strock of the pen in the NBA, I think it is foolish for him to stay. He can work on his degree in the off season.
He says that he hasn't made up his mind. Whether or not that it true or just a way to keep him from being a distraction, I don't know. I do know if it was my option, I am gone. Too much cash involved to take a chance on losing it.
Word out of Columbus this morning is that Mike Conley stepped off a curb and sprained his ankle very badly. He is out for Monday's game.
Then they said April fool - I totally bought into it and was devastated.

Looks like I was 180 degrees wrong about Ohio State....cong.....con....con....

Congratu
I'm not going to say it
Should make for an interesting title game. I have no clue who is going to win. This is so hard because I'm always wrong on championship games. I'll take Oden and the Buckeyes.

thanks

I was really hoping you would pick the Gators.
You weren't wrong about Ohio State. They have been a work in progress all season. They play like freshman. They just have dome very good freshman. If they actually would have played together two or three years I think they could be dominating. They just are suriving on lots of raw talent.

There are a lot of issues in life to be ebarassed about....athletics are somewhere around 10 to the 100th power.
Good luck to the Western Most Team...
