Not sure the law suit has merit as a gambling issue but, it does show the $$$ grubbing "business" this institution is all about. Have always laughed at the showcasing of the "student-athlete."

In the same breath, I do enjoy the increased performances of the schools & participants the NCAA perpetuates.

I hope the suit does go forward. I don't think it is right for all the people who don't get tickets to subsidize those who do. I don't mind paying for something at the going rate, but that is just making millions of dollars off of fans for nothing in many cases. The people buying the tickets should be the people paying for the service, those who don't get tickets should pay nothing - exactly what they recieve.
