It was fun watching Tim Burns come off the bench for UMES to score a game high 29 points, but it wasn't enough as the NIU Huskies defeated the Hawks 87-69. Xavier Silas for NIU concentrated more on penetrating than shooting 3-pointers and was able to contribute 19 points and 7 rebounds. Also for the Huskies, Jake Anderson had 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals. To help out Burns, point guard Kevin White had 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists.
