American Idol Thread (don't act like you don't watch it too)

I celebrated when Sanjaya got kicked off. Now, I really want Lakisha gone. She kinda looks like Shrek and all of her songs sound alike. It's such punishment watching her and Melinda sing the exact same song week in and week out. Blake entertaining as all get out, but I don't know how well he'd record, when synthesizers can do what he does better anyway. I think Jordin looks like Godzilla standing next to Ryan Seacrest. I keep waiting for her to eat him. She's the clear winner this season.

I think Jordan will win and you did not even put her in the poll. I personally enjoy listening to her sing. I have been doing seachers for Idol on yahoo, etc. Many of these sights have polls and Jordan is always the winner in these polls. I think she has a bigger following then most people think.

My wife and I won free tickets to see Taylor Hicks last week. We got to go back stage and meet him, etc. He said his favorite this year was Jordan Sparks as well and he thought she would win it all. Man his show was incredible. He knows how to entertain. He also plays a mean harmonica, guitar, and cow bell....yes, I did say cow bell.

So you know, I don't watch American Idol, but LaKisha was from around the Flint area. I live in a suburb of Flint, but there was a lot of buzz around here.
