Well, it seems as if I forgot why NASCAR was actually kinda cool! That was a great finish down the stretch. Did anyone else see that (I'm sure somebody did)! Gotta feel bad for Mark Martin though :(

That was one of th wackier finishes I've ever seen at the Daytona 500.

I still don't know if NASCAR is a sport.

Yes, I seen it, it was a good finish. But, K. Bush did it to me again.

It helps during off season with all the hits, if you get what I'm meaning. :P

I'm surprised that Tony Stewart didn't try to pick a fight with him after the race or call him a dirty driver. He seems to have a knack for those kinds of things

What happened to Mark Martin. I have a buddy who goes to Daytona every year. He is a big Mark Martin fan. I never much got into NASCAR, although I have a ton of friends who live and die by it.

Mark Martin was in the lead for the latter part of the race and he lost it at the very end because Harvick was 2 hundredths of a second ahead of him.

It's shaping up to be an interesting racing season.

NASCAR sent shockwaves through racing when they levied heavy fines and suspensions for "cheating". That really challenges to old school that worked off the notion that "if you ain't cheatin' you ain't racin'." Big money and big sponsorship will do that ..... sound familiar?

The stage is set for the Kirk Bush and Tony Stewart thing to become a racin', rubbin' and put 'em in the wall type of deal. Both are competitive, aggressive and hard-headed as they come.

Mark martin was my sentimental favorite, but I'm glad if someone else was going to win it was Harvick who won the race ..... he's another like Bush and Stewart.

Ya think Dale Jr. put a shot over DEI's bow during his interview after the race? Now there's another hard-head. :D

I like all those guys, as well as others, because of the spirit they bring to NASCAR ..... if we left it up to NASCAR the dag-gum thing would become way to vanilla. IMHO. 8)

That is the story of Mark Martin's career. Always finishes second.
