Part-time work has grown like wildfire. I am seeing it more and more in "professional" jobs now! If not this then temp and contract.

This is why I laugh at all of the cries for increasing the tax on the 1% and corporations. The latter does not exist at all what so ever! The first kills small business owners. Corporate VPs and Directors that make this type of cash just increase their non-cash payments. Just another strategy to help the "working man" that can not work! But it sounds good to many a "working man!"

Part-time work (all non-full time) jobs have grown like a cancer because of the same kind of cries 20 and 30 years ago. Benefits! Insurance! (Why are we not talking about this...above the general argument with the jobs report headline number?) This was the Left's first shot at getting everyone Health Care and improving family's lives with this and vacation time and other "benefits". So we now have tens of millions of people working 25 hour weeks....with many working multiple jobs (yet competing with themselves on the hourly rate, as this just increases applicants and thereby holds the pay rate down.) Then come "tax" time they get their annual welfare check from EIC and other tax credits to get 1000's of dollars back above the level they paid in. (Taking it from those who managed to secure full time work at a respectable to good rate.)

But where is the lesson, who is learning? And other corporate taxing strategies of the past...you know to help the "working man" that helped alright, shipped jobs oversees. Shipped so many that Japan got so rich it had to ship jobs back over here on top of the products they make. Did we learn...NO! Economic liberals are just as stupid as ever, absolutely beyond ignorant!

And we move still onward to Socialism. But when we get to this "We are the World" "Sharing is Caring" life and governance...Americans are going to be sharing a whole lot less! I want to here the rhetoric and lies from the chief socialist teachers then when they try to explain the American Juggernaut Economy form the Industrial Revolution to the 50's and very early 60's. Explain why even in the "Great Depression" we were bigger than the next 5 or 6 economies combined.

I don't mind liberal agendas on humanity and ecology....I agree on them all except for hating God. Liberalism is a great attribute in a person...but it sure makes for a dung pile of a governing machine!

Reagan -
“The Founding Fathers knew a government can’t control the economy without controlling people. And they knew when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. So we have come to a time for choosing.

What's scary to me is that they KNOW full well what effect their silly ideologies have on Freedom and economic prosperity.
