Dairese Gary scored 25 points, 9 in the last 1:30, to defeat BYU 76-72 at the Pit. Also for the Lobos, Roman Martinez had 12 points. For BYU, Jimmer Fredette scored 27 points, and Jonathan Tavernari had 17 points.
