I don't know the facts. I don't believe a prosecuting attorney would drop the most serious charge if there was evidence otherwise. I certainly do not believe an ex supreme court judge, who has personal integrity and reputation on the line, would rule anyway other than how he saw the evidence. Is a civil suit likely, sure, if for no other reason than publicity for those that gain with that exposure,

From what I have read Winston is a bright student, does well in school, has made some error in judgment. (When you engage in risky behavior there may always be undesired consequences.)

What I do suspect, however. Two months after this football season, Winston, by a stroke of his signature, will make more money than all of us combined in our whole lives. NOW THAT IS THE INJUSTICE....
