Would have been just fine for a corn growing contest at the county fair, but not for a football game. At least the Iowa folks, listened to the public outcry and will make a change, unlike the leaders of the Big Ten conference. (Or is it the legends?)

I think what's going on is that the decision-makers of these things, whomever they are, try to be edgy and different and end up looking silly.
