Of those plays, here is one the Officiating Crew got completely wrong.

Here's the problem with this play ---
Oregon should not have been awarded the TD
Watch @ 0:49 --- The defender who picks up the ball. He steps out of bounds not being forced out by another player.
By NCAA Rule, if a player who runs out of bounds without being forced out by another player, is the first player to touch a Loose Football, It is Illegal Touching. The Play is dead at the location where the ball was touched by the ineligible player.
However, since the ball was Ineligibly stopped dead outside of the Field of Play [beyond the goal line/inside the end zone] , the ball is to be spotted where the last Legal possession took place.
In this case, it should have been Utah's ball on the Oregon 2 yard line.
