Good play by the Tigers.
But it ain't going to be enough to see them through to the end against the Noles!

Refs Blind, announcers stupid! On Joyner's big return...Clemson face-masked him big time! No call...and Mushroom Burger and StreetKurb didn't even see it in slow mo!!!!
Ridiculous, how do I get one of these talking head jobs? (FSU got the TD anyway, but still.)

It's all who ya know Brother (channeling Hulkster)....and being a former player does not appear to hurt.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Re: FSU - Clemson
The stands were electric..I liked this game.
When the guys got down 28-14 in the second half, the defense began pressing and FSU went 35-3 in eighteen minutes to win the game. A character game. Could have been more with EJ sliding rather than trying to score and FSU taking the knee to run out the clock.

What was there not to like. The whole game I just felt FSU was in charge just did not have it quite altogether...I believe a result of the first two games that found the players without the sense of intensity and direction early on. What we all do, no one wants to be perceived as a bully, but when the big boys came to time, was hard to get into the right gear early on, but when the players found it...what coaching is about, the were not to be denied. I will not be surprised as an Alabama FSU playoff. The spoilers for either team will be just someone who steps up on a weak day, other than that. If Oregon continues on they may get one of the four spots, but frankly West Coast teams will be shut out unless they are clearly a leader, just how it is when the United States has been tipped Southeasterly so all the footballs roll to the Florida Keys....its the big soccer net down there that keeps them from floating down to the Dominican Republic who would only wonder how you are suppose to pitch this ball. I digress. My money will be on EJ Manual.
Glad you enjoyed the game.

Oregon looks very good...If they do not lose, they will be in the NC game.
I don't see Bama losing.

Donovan...glad that you noticed..FSU's soccer team is #1 (women since no men's team).

Re: FSU - Clemson
This was the best game I watched all year.
Manuel was really cool under pressure.
For the first half, the better coaching job was done by Clemson; they made good use of their speedsters. The athleticism of FSU was solid throughout the game. FSU made adjustments; their fourth quarter was dominating.
FSU definitely passed my eye test to be in the BCS Nat'l Championship Game. Very impressive.
