What? Penn State?

Postby Derek » Sat Jan 11, 2014 3:10 pm

Franklin leaves Vanderbilt for Penn State. Not sure I understand this.

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

If Vandy did offer $5 million a year, it isn't a money move.

If you are in a profession, you want to be at the pinnacle of that profession. As good as Franklin was, it was still Vanderbilt.

Penn State is one of the destination jobs in football. A place where a coach has a chance to build a team to win a conference title, get to the playoffs.

So...Penn State reportedly is paying Franklin more then Urban Myer is making....an investment for sure for a coach with Franklin's background.

He better pay homage to the Jopa faithful or they will run him out of town.
