Purdue superfan Tyler Trent dies at 20
Tyler Trent, the kid the Purdue team dedicated the game with Ohio State the night Purdue handed Ohio State their only loss died today. He was named co captain of the Boilermakers and I'm convinced he was the reason that Purdue barreled over Ohio State that night. He captured the hearts of the entire Purdue fan base and that of Buckeye nation. That night, Buckeye fans and Purdue fans got to learn first hand what courage was and also that while football is a great game and great distraction, Tyler Trent taught them what was really important in this world. RIP Tyler Trent.
