Two Weeks Into The Season.....
....... and Lynn Swam steps down as Athletic Director at Southern Cal and Jeremy Pruitt refers to players transferring out of Tennessee’s Football Program as rats leaving a sinking ship (two more left after the Georgia State loss) following several transferring after last season.

This new transfer rule will only get to be more of a merry-go-round...or is that carousel?
If not already, there will be agents that line up transfer schools for disgruntled players and when they are ready to pull the trigger, it's done. Always comes with a price...just like companies that find kids scholarships...which are very helpful and effective.
Go back to the '50s....play the game and go to class. Seems simple enough to and for me.

I don't have a problem with the transfer rules because I am hoping it leads to schools committing to the students as in a four year guaranteed scholarship. The transfer rules, in my opinion, has leveled the playing field between the schools not being completely truthful with recruits about their actual position at the schools. I think if the schools would be willing to bet a four year full ride on a recruit, they should expect the student to honor that contract. If they want to offer one year renewable contracts to a student, he should be able to bolt if he so chooses.

There’s another angle to look at transferring, it certainly appears there’s talent around that would be assigned to backup duty on one team for one reason or another, but as Kelly Bryant going from Clemson to Missouri and Jalen Hurts going from Alabama to Oklahoma, among others, are showing their talents and skills are pretty darn good. And that, IMHO, is good for them and College Football.

Yes, it helps create parity.
