Rose should be in. Steroids users, no..they changed the outcome of the game and corrupted statistics.
No evidence Rose ever did anything to alter the outcome of a game. Humility should not be a requirement.

I don't think Rose's make up would have allowed him to throw a game. I don't think he would let his mom win at tiddly winks on her death bed. I think he should be in too, I think he probably would be in if not for his arrogance.
