We were out eating when I saw the final score scroll by. is right! I couldn't believe it. 8)

There goes my sleeper pick for the Pac this year.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

I like Iso Safele (?) at RB. He could go for 1,000 this year if Tedford concentrates on running the football, although I don't think Maynard will be reliable enough to compete for a Pac-12 title. My two cents, take it or leave it :D

I agree, Cal needs to run...but Safele needs to hold onto the ball as well. Most everyone is worried about Maynards durability, as he is a small guy, and runs the ball alot. Right now he is under 50% completions, but has only thrown one pick, along with 2 TD's, and the yardage is acceptable. As long as he doesn't try to do to much, he sould be okay. No, I don't expect Cal to contend for the divisional title, much less the Pac-12 title. I consider this a rebuilding year, and a winning record and a bowl would be just fine with me.

Utah State will win games this year. This is a case of Auburn having been in big games...coaches and players, and Utah State has not. The pressure is unbearable and if you can have a little experience it goes a long way. Utah State, I think will be just fine. Auburn gets no points for that win....

No Auburn is in big trouble this year in the SEC. Big trouble. Chizik could be the the quickest first to worst story in college football.

Not being able to stop the run is going to be just a bit of a problem in the SEC. I've always liked Auburn, but it will be nice to hear all of the new found crying this year! :D And if more than a few losses are the case, we will learn as much about the fans and boosters as we will the team.

Poetic Justice IMO. :)

Auburn will get absolutely destroyed in some of their games this year. I think it starts this next Sat vs Mississippi State. :D
