That is right. If you can't hit them straight - or putt - doesn't matter what tee's you play from, you aren't going to win. I played a guy - when I was a kid - who was a pro in golfs early years. He was in his late 70's and I was 20. I could out drive him seventy yards and he still beat me by seven strokes. He played from the middle tee's and I played from the tips - I still out drove him and it still didn't matter.

Pat Hill, Fresno State's Coach, had this to say after lasts night's game. (He has been one of the most outspoken play anyone anytime, anywhere coach, and has had some very good teams. Just one man's opinion, but I give him a lot of credence

Auburn hasn't hooked...really, neither has LSU and a bunch of others...

Boise has one quality win...they are playing a par three course. You don't hook much with a nine iron.

Donovan...You gonna try to come to Atlanta for that game??
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

We'll have to plot and scheme. Tickets will be hard to come by as the Georgia Dome is smaller than Sanford Stadium. The Dome seats 72,000+ but Sanford seats 92,000+

I'm going to start working on it now.

I finally decided to watch another Boise St. game this past weekend. They look ready for the big stage but they also don't look like they are being tested at all. Looked like they were just performing a tune up getting ready for their big game in January.

As I posted preseason, Boise's first game would be a contest and then it was on to the BCS Bowl.

They do have a one game season....Five loss Oregon State may have been the second best team on the schedule (Nevada hasn't really beaten anyone decent...6 loss Cal, 5 loss BYU seem best wins).

Would it be all right with you if they were chosen to play in the Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl?
