Willie Mays falling on his face rounding third as a Met,Unitas a shell of his former self playing for the Chargers, Namath a joke playing for the Rams and for the last 3-4 yrs. Keith Jackson missing calls and worst of all calling one of the greatest college games of all time with less enthusiasm than a guy doing an NFL pre-season game,PLEASE Keith, time to step down gracefully.
right on brother ... i do believe keith jackson, AT ONE TIME, made college saturday's a delight ... now = = i feel sorry for him . i'm glad to know i'm not alone on this one ...
why did espn break up ron franklin/mike gottfried . they were great on the saturday night games.
for the mountaineer fans bashing sean mcdonough - i feel your pain !!!!!!
i'm from new england. this guy used to do play by play for the red sox. 162 games of him critisizing and questioning EVERY move the red sox manager made. he is a loud mouth, know it all.

I wouldn't go as far as firing him but I do have to agree there is a definite bias toward Southern California where Keith Jackson is concerned.
I didn't think this bias showed up too much in the Rose Bowl but I have definitely noticed it time and time again in the past.
I remember one Ohio State-Michigan game he was doing he must have mentioned "The Trojans of Southern California" at least a dozen times and this was in a year when USC was down. I'm not even certain they made a bowl that year. I still remember how annoying that was when it had absolutely nothing to do with the game he was covering or the teams on the field.
At least now he only does west coast games where mentioning USC has more pertinence.

Mike Gottfreid???? The guy slurs every word he says like he's drunk. Please.
Interesting how opinions vary though.
KJ is a legend. He had his probs on the BCS title game but he was tolerable. Dan Fouts was totally useless.
I'd have taken Chris Fowler, Kirk Hebrstreit and Lee Corso.
The trio of John Saunders, Craig James and Aaron Taylor was pathetic as the game hosts.

This is so true. Fouts was a good QB, but as a color guy he is colorless. Maybe it is because that he looks bad with Jackson. Even now when KJ isn't as good as he used to be, he is still pretty good.
