My Condolences to the Family. I have on been on this board a short time, but enjoyed Howdy's postings. He will be greatly missed.

I think it would be a good idea to honor Howdy by dedicating the picks game to him - he was the first season winner. Instead of the CFP pick's game I changed the name to Howdy's picks game. The picks game, I think, was his favorite part so I think it is fitting.

i saw this durin the season n cried my eyes out.
:) i can say that cause im a gurl and a recent-so-far-so-good cancer survivor.

i havent been posting but i have been reading when i can and i'll miss howdie forever.
it's funny how you get attatched to people you dont really know that well.
hell i still miss mountain man haha
anyway, howdie was the best picker bar none right up to the end and nobody knew his struggle because he refused to be a victim of his disease. n i got much respect for that and howdie himself.
