And they need to take away auto bids to non playoff bowls.
This way, teams won't be able to just shrug their shoulders, do to conference tie-ins when they get the invite.
Put everyone on the same spectrum. Let the individual Bowl Committees select the teams they want. And make the qualifier 50% or better, elsewise you're sitting the post season.
Make everyone earn their bowl spot, so that the teams feel as though they achieved something. A right to play there. Not just because you fill some arbitrary opening the conference was promised before the season began.

The bad thing in all of this for me is that I will be in Cabo next week. I didn’t plan on Ohio State winning so now I have to find a way to see the game. SMH
